Continuing Your Education with the Academy

As I'm sure you very well know, keeping up with the latest trends in our ever-changing line of work is imperative in providing our patients with the best treatment possible. In an effort to ensure that you, an invaluable member of this organization, are staying ahead of the curve, the Academy has developed a robust education plan for the remainder of the year, including Live Surgery Workshops and WebClinics.
Our next workshop will be held in Chattanooga, Tennessee, May 13-14. It will include live lectures and demonstrations on the most recent techniques and technologies on some of the most common procedures, including Vaser liposuction, fillers and toxins, laser-only skin tightening, staple-shape breast lift, and much more. The course also offers 17 CME credits.
If you can't make it to Chattanooga, we have two more live surgery workshops coming up this September in New Jersey and Oklahoma. Finally, keep your eyes peeled for a WebClinics schedule, which will be available in the coming weeks.
Thanks to the diligent efforts of MedPro, a longtime friend and supporter of the Academy, we're proud to present our new membership video, featuring a handful of our members, as well as our very own Executive Director, Dan Garrett. We've come a long way since our founding in 1985, and this video is a reminder that we have much to be proud of as an organization. Take a couple minutes to check it out and share the page with any colleagues who may be considering AACS membership.

Our Annual Meeting Committee is working hard on preparations for our meeting in San Diego next year. If you haven't already, mark your calendars for February 9-11, 2017, and be on the lookout for more details coming soon, including the Call for Presentations.
I appreciate your time and attention, and I look forward to getting in touch again soon.
