Dear friends and colleagues,

January and February are an incredibly busy time for AACS as we start the year strong with the Annual Scientific Meeting February 27-29 in Las Vegas. Be sure to register for the meeting if you haven't already, and keep in mind that the deadline to book your hotel room is this Friday, January 31.

Our meeting program this year is outstanding and offers up to 25.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ for the physician track. Not only that, our Allied Health program is now approved to offer up to 16 CNE credits – even more reason to bring your nursing staff. However, this meeting isn't just about learning and improving your practice. We also have fun social events planned like the Webster Dinner, Closing Party, and special events like the Women in Cosmetic Surgery Breakfast. Please RSVP or purchase tickets for these events in advance.

The beginning of the year is also a busy time for our certified Fellowship Programs. If you or someone you know is applying for an AACS certified Fellowship Program beginning July 2021, applicants are strongly encouraged to submit by February 15 to maximize their chances of being matched to their top choice program.

My year as President of AACS is drawing to a close, and we have made great strides in moving AACS forward. It has been an honor to work with the board, the staff, and most of all, the members, in bettering the Academy. Dr. Mandell-Brown is the incoming President and will do a wonderful  job. He has already organized an outstanding upcoming meeting. Thank you to all who have helped make this year a success.

This meeting promises to be a memorable event and I can't wait to see you there.
