Hotel Reservations:

The AACS has reserved a room block at the InterContinental Chicago: Magnificent Mile Hotel. Reservations can be made by using the booking link here (https://bit.ly/2Kwv4rJ). Click "change search" to modify your arrival/ departure date. If you do not need to modify your dates, you can click directly on 'select room' and then 'select rate' which will be the contracted rate. 

Alternatively, you can call the hotel reservations center directly at 1-800-628-2112 or 312-944-4100 for International calls. Make certain to identify yourself as a participant of Group Block AACS or by using the Group Code KL3. The reservation center is open 24/7.

The discounted group rate will be available until Wednesday, July 10, 2019 and cannot be guaranteed even before this date.

Cancellation Policy:

Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $150 will be issued on written cancellations received on or before July 10, 2019. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by AACS. All Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.

Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AACS is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.

Registration and attendance at or participation in the Cosmetic Surgery Review Course constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AACS's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such events activities.
