Why attend the 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting?
Our 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting will offer enlightening keynote presentations, live patient demos, panel discussions on complications, and ground-breaking didactic sessions on the latest techniques and procedures in cosmetic surgery. Attendees also have the option to attend a pre-conference body and facial cosmetic surgery cadaver course on January 30 or a special resident forum.
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Saint Louis University School of Medicine and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Saint Louis University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

All pre-registrations must be completed on or before January 11, 2019. Registrations on-site will be assessed a $25 surcharge. Refunds, less a $100 administrative fee, will be issued on written cancellations received on or before Monday, January 7, 2019. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by AACS Headquarters. Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AACS is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant considering purchasing independent travel insurance.
AACS Annual Scientific Meeting registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
Registration and attendance at or participation in the AACS Annual Scientific Meeting constitutes an agreement by the registrant to AACS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproduction and audiotapes of such event activities.

Media and press representatives wishing to attend the meeting MUST notify AACS communications staff in advance of the meeting to register, by emailing Jean Bean at firstname.lastname@example.org. Press badges are available only to working press who can show evidence that their attendance results in coverage of the AACS conference in print, broadcast, or recognized Internet media. AACS reserves the right to inspect the credentials of anyone registering as press. Working press may not also register as exhibitors. To obtain a press badge, identification certifying that you are a working member of the print or broadcast news media and/or a letter stating that you are on assignment to cover the AACS conference is required. Membership cards from communications or writers' organizations are not sufficient to establish eligibility. Press badges allow access to the exhibition hall. AACS reserves the right to restrict press attendance at any portion of the conference.
