Dr. Cotofana began his career at the Ludwig-Maximilians University Medical School in Munich, Germany. After graduating magna cum laude he pursued his Senior Post Doc at the Institute of Anatomy at the Paracelsus Medical University in Salzburg, Austria. He continued to achieve his habilitation in anatomy, furthering his interest in the field of cosmetic surgery and leading to his current position of Associate Professor of Anatomy at Ross University School of Medicine. Dr. Cotofana has been a keynote lecturer, LIVE Dissector and organizer for many international conferences.

Annie Stephenson Hostetler is Chair-Elect of Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA) and daughter of CTCA® founder and Chairman Richard J Stephenson. Hostetler is driven by her family’s ongoing quest to change the face of cancer care through the hallmark principles behind the Mother Standard® of care, inspired by the personal cancer journey of Annie’s grandmother, Mary Brown Stephenson. Hostetler earned her undergraduate degree from DePauw University in Greencastle, Ind., and her MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College in Wellesley, Mass. Her career accomplishments as a business owner and consultant in retail, real estate, healthcare and not-for-profits are based on translating the needs of the customer into specific solutions executed with clear metrics and processes.

Dr. Peter C. Yesawich joined Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) as its Chief Growth Officer in 2011. He served as a member of the CTCA national board of directors from 1997 until 2015. Dr. Yesawich also serves as Vice Chairman Emeritus of MMGY Global — America’s leading marketing, advertising, and public relations agency serving travel and leisure-industry clients. He has been featured as a commentator on lifestyles and travel trends in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, International Herald Tribune, and on CNN, CNBC MSNBC, BBC World and National Public Radio. Yesawich is a member of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International Hall of Fame, and a former member of the board of directors of the Travel Industry Association of America. He holds three degrees from Cornell, including a doctorate in applied psychology, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Yale.
