About the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation
The Cosmetic Surgery Foundation (CSF) was formed in 2000 as the first and only organization to represent the interests of cosmetic surgery, and serves as the research and education arm of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, CSF is committed to the advancement of the science of cosmetic surgery and the enhancement of patient safety and trust.
CSF funds the development of educational programming and other training initiatives; funds research grants that expand our knowledge base and raises our public profile; and advances the specialty by elevating awareness within the membership, the medical community and the general public.
Our efforts promote far-reaching benefits, including an expanded and informed AACS membership, the positioning of AACS as a reliable and recognized source for industry information, and corporate partners that are engaged and accepted as active partners in the delivery of patient care.
