The 2017 World Congress on Liposuction Annual Meeting will take place at the InteContinental Chicago, located in Chicago, IL.
We have established a discounted group rates for AACS attendees based on occupancy:

Reservations should be made no later than August 21, 2017 and cannot be guaranteed even before this date.
As a courtesy to other attendees, please do not make speculative reservations if you are unsure of your attendance. Doing so makes these rooms unavailable to other attendees. By canceling unneeded reservations or room nights early, well before our cut-off date of August 21, you provide other attendees the same opportunity of staying at the hotel.
Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, minus an administrative fee of $150 for Physician registrations and $50 for Allied Health, Resident and Guest registrations will be issued on written cancellations received on or before August 18, 2017. Phone cancellations WILL NOT be accepted. Registrants assume full responsibility for notification to and verification of receipt by AACS. A Refunds will be processed 2-3 weeks after the meeting. Tours will be refunded in full, if minimum tour registrations are not met.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, flight/transportation cancellations, unattended events or early departure. In the rare event of a meeting cancellation, AACS is not responsible for nor will provide refunds for costs associated with travel, airfare, hotel or transportation costs incurred by the registered attendee. It is always recommended that the registrant consider purchasing independent travel insurance.
AACS Annual Meeting registration fees are not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense. Consult your tax advisor.
