Hotel Accommodations

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation notification/refund requests must be received in writing by AACS headquarters, 737 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60611, or by facsimile at 312.981.6787. After April 26, 2013, refunds will not be issued unless the course is completely filled and the spot of the individual requesting the refund has been replaced, over and above the filled course. A $250 administrative processing fee will be subtracted from each approved refund.
